We use this information to identify technical issues and improve the performance, reliability, and stability of the App.

How Information Is Stored and Shared

Website form submissions containing a required email address are stored through Squarespace's contact and form-submission systems.

Form submissions are also sent by email to authorized Aegean Energy Group personnel responsible for responding to inquiries. We do not currently route these forms to additional storage services such as Google Drive, Mailchimp, or Zapier.

We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Services. These include:

Squarespace, which hosts our website and processes website, form, contact, and analytics information on our behalf.

Google, which provides reCAPTCHA functionality used to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Apple, which may provide App crash and diagnostic reports when users have elected to share such information with developers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of AEG, our users, or others.

International Processing

AEG operates in the United States, and some of our service providers operate internationally. Information collected through the Services may therefore be processed or stored in the United States or other countries outside the country in which you live.
